NK Stockholm, a department store has been founded in 1902. Ninety years later it has undergone a radical change into an entrepreneur department store, essentially a shopping centre within a preserved and extensively renovated structure of a department store, where the "departments", like concessions are independent commercial entities. We participated in the project, amongst many others, and illustrated the unusual at the time concept for Tenant's Design Manual.
