Our speciality is city planning, architectural design and commercial concept development for commercial property. We work with real estate, retail and urban concepts, branding and interior design for a property which produces rental income. It could be anything from a single shop to entire town, providing a FORUM for this most ancient of human interactions; trade.
We are enthusiastic proponents of functionalism; there is only one correct functional plan for a commercial concept and so the function decides the form and not the other way around. Our design explains itself, both to the client and the user, in objective, analytic terms.
In our pragmatism we find it both necessary and easy to work closely with market research, retail planners, conceptualists, artists, leasing agents and many other specialists. Because of our pragmatism we prefer to work in a managed, well organised project environment.
